GO FOR BRONZE

The Geneva-based brand unveils its new watch for collectors in a variation that flaunts solar-hued material, available exclusively as a limited series.

To celebrate its 120th anniversary, ZRC has enhanced its collections in the range it calls Securicode. Each piece comprised in this line is an up-to-the-minute reinterpretation of its first model rolled out in 1958. All boast a versatile personality and a resolutely chic’n’sporty look. To center stage this launch, the independent brand releases a collector watch issued in just 200 pieces. Its 39 mm-diameter case dazzles thanks to the metal used, bronze. The warm-hued tones contrast perfectly with the black of the dial adorned with stylized teardrop-and-dot markers, as well as with the Magnum-type hands and “lollipop” direct-drive, all covered with Super-LumiNova® offering optimal readability under any conditions of light. And, for a perfectly-fitting finish, the Securicode Diver 300 Bronze is worn on a comfortable brown leather strap clasped by a pin buckle. Its vegetable-tanning adds a dash of vintage style to the whole piece.

Like the other Securicode Diver 300 watches, its case comes with a screwed steel back. What’s more, this design benefits from studies into programmed material deformation. This characteristic ensures uncompromising waterproofness to reference SC39463. It has been tested down to depths of 800 meters and is guaranteed down to 300 meters under the sea. As such, the case effectively protects an elaborate version of the automatic Sellita SW200-1 (38-hour power reserve), which also displays a date at 3 o’clock. Even when Life is Adventure, it’s best not to lose your bearings.
