The site features a majestic waterfall, multiple award-winning walks, rare plants and even a small zoo.
And comes with a licensed café ́, gift shop, various outbuildings and a “tastefully modernised” three-bedroom home, as reported on Luxury Property News.

Agents Bettesworths describe it as a “once-in-a-lifetime business venture with a dedicated patronage, solid reputation and potential for growth such as expanded zoo amenities or café improvements.”
Matt Bettesworth, Director at the estate agency Bettesworths, said: “Becky Falls is one of the most remarkable properties we’ve had the pleasure to market in recent years.

“It combines a successful business with exceptional lifestyle potential, all set within an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.
“The opportunity to own and run such a unique and well-established attraction in the heart of Dartmoor is incredibly rare, and we look forward to generating some serious interest in this unique opportunity”.
The waterfall is on the Becka Brook – one of the main tributaries of the River Bovey.
The brook rises just South of Hound Tor on Dartmoor and continues through Becky Falls before reaching the Bovey just below Trendlebere Down.
The falls were originally known as Becka Falls, including on Ordnance Survey maps up until the 1940s, but the name was changed when it became a tourist attraction.
The site is up for a guide price of £1.4m.
