A property listing has left potential buyers baffled after noting the unique feature of an “en-suite kitchen”.
The flat in question is located in Dawlish, Devon.
But despite the wacky description, it’s actually just a bedsit reports Luxury Property News.

For just £475 per month you can bag yourself the room, right by the seaside.
And it really is convenient.
All bills are included with the rent and you don’t even have to splash out on loads of furniture as the place comes furnished.
But aside from the “en-suite kitchen” there’s also another catch.
There is no private bathroom.
The agent [listing] said: ”This property has just been totally renovated and modernised and includes use of a separate bathroom (shared with a single male tenant) consisting of shower, toilet and communal washing machine.”
You also can’t smoke, have pets and have £950 to dish out up front.
Online, people were amused by the listing.
Sebastian said: “Wow, I thought you were being funny then I saw it. That’s amazing.”
Another user said: “Single occupancy”….. Tables set for 2…..at least it allows visitors I’m guessing then.”
One person commented: “Shared bathroom?? Can they even call this a studio? It’s literally a bedroom they’ve fitted a sink and some units too.”
Another user joked: “Oooh. Love a carpet in the kitchen.”
Someone else said: “I mean.. it’s a studio flat which is fairly affordable given it includes bills. It may be small but there is much worse out there in more metropolitan locations.”
